Welcome to Chicopit Bay. You can imagine a time hundreds of years ago when the French settlers sailed up the St. Johns River towards Fort Caroline as the native Timucuan Indians peered across the waterways while fishing the flats of Chicopit Bay. Fast forward to present day, and you have the perfect estuary with two major bodies of water converging to produce one of the best fishing areas in the world. This is a place where anglers play, and like we always say…Just Another Day on Chicopit Bay!
